What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I accept returns on orders postmarked within two weeks of delivery for a full refund or exchange. I can not reimburse for return shipping.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I'm afraid I can no longer accept orders outside the US. Hopefully this will change, but at the moment I can't.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Will you sign or draw something in my book if I order it?

Of course! I'd be happy to. If you would like for me to draw something specific or make it out to someone other than yourself, please send me an email at matt@matthewbogart.net.

Can I hire you to draw something?

Heck yeah! I'm usually pretty busy making new comics but I'd love to talk to you about what you have in mind. Please send me an email at matt@matthewbogart.net and we can talk about it. I'd be happy to work out something within your budget.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
